Hi, I’m Maciek – Your Mobile Personal Trainer in South West London

As a mobile personal trainer, I’m passionate about helping clients achieve their fitness and health goals without the hassle of traditional gyms. My Approach to Training

At SHIFTagility, I prioritise creating routines that are both practical and sustainable. While I’m currently completing a Level 4 Nutrition course, I already integrate nutrition advice into my programs to support goals like weight loss, strength building, and improved flexibility. My sessions are designed to meet you where you are, helping you move toward where you want to be.

Fitness has been a cornerstone of my life for almost two decades. I train five times a week, compete locally, and understand the dedication needed to achieve goals. My philosophy is to inspire clients through close, supportive coaching relationships, helping them build confidence and shift toward healthier choices for life.

Training has been a part of my life for nearly 20 years, right across the board, from swanky gyms in London to gritty boxing clubs in downtown Johannesburg and CrossFit basements in Warsaw; I’ve trained under awesome coaches, to whom I am grateful for their skilful guidance and limitless dedication. I train at least 3x a week (actually, it's 5x most weeks) and compete in local competitions – I know how it feels to be pushed and to be challenged; after all, it’d be unfair of me to expect clients to train hard if I wasn’t training hard myself. I create close coaching relationships with my clients, which helps me understand both their goals and motivations.
